Delivery Time
Canadian and US orders ship from Ontario, CANADA, usually within 60 hours of purchase. They are shipped standard ground with one of the following carriers: Purolator, Fedex, Canada Post, Uniuni and other 3PL are estimated to be delivered within 12 business days.
If you have not received your order within 12 business days, please email us at contact@earthtomebeauty.com, we will investigate.
Please note some delay may occur during national holidays. We recommend you place your order as early as possible to receive it by the desired date.
End of year/Holiday Season: To maximize your chances to receive your gifts on time, please place your order for the Christmas holiday by December 13th. We will do our best to get all orders out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, some delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
